What Property Investors Can Learn From Black Friday

By November 24, 2012

Black Friday has come and gone, but did you get any real deals? Everyone gets caught up in the excitement and the crowds, but few spend the time to actually research if that $300 door buster TV was actually $50 cheaper last weekend.

This is how many property investors also go astray. They go to a property auction without doing their actual homework, get caught up in the excitement of a bidding war, then wind up with an awful investment that they will eventually be underwater on.

Have you ever head the quote, "Fortune favors the prepared mind," by Louis Pasteur? Doing your homework and continuous education will greatly increase your chance of success. The best deals are often the ones that are rarely advertised. They are realized through careful planning, meticulous research and forming strategic relationships.
