Foresee, a firm which rates customer satisfaction, has conducted its eighth annual "Holiday E-Retail Satisfaction" Survey. They surveyed 24,000 customers about their satisfaction with the top 100 retail websites over the holiday shopping season.
For the eighth year in a row, Amazon.com has come out on top with a score of 88, matching its record high from last year. Foresee suggests that great customer service results in increased revenue and customer loyalty.
Being a rental property owner is a business and therefore, great customer service is equally as important. If your tenants feel that you are pleasant to deal with, address their concerns promptly and care about maintaining the property, they are more likely to renew their lease and spread a good word about the property.
